How do I create bootable hombrew disc

I want to make a disc to put on my HD that has some emulators. How would I go about makeing the disc?

Do you mean make an ISO so you can rip it to HDD and boot via a USB Loader?

If so I don't think this will work.

Bootable emulator disc run under GameCube mode and the USB Loader doesn't support it.

Not true. I did D/L such a disk and it did work from the HDD as a game. I know it can be done. Just want to customizze it a bit.
