You really need to give more information. You lost your flashdrive, so is your drive flashed? Does it still have the original firmware on it?
Either way, if it has firmware on it at all, you can just dump the firmware again, it will have the key on it. That is all you really need. You can download original firmware from many places, just search for it.
Now if your drive has no firmware on it, and you lost the flashdrive that had your only firmware saved on it, no there is no restoring it short of getting someone to read your motherboard chip to get the key.
If you are technologically savvy, there is a chip out now, Infectus, that supposedly allows you to change your key to anything you want. I haven't heard much about it as far as reviews, but given what its suppose to do, if it works you could use it to make your key all ones and then insert that key into firmware.
So just reply with what exactly is the situation, not just "lost my flashdrive..."

As long as the drive still works just dump the firmware, get your key, and update.

If you flashed it the first time yourself then you'll be fine. Benq's are quite easy.

First off, take your key off of there. We don't need to see it, nor does anyone else. Who knows if MS has people patrolling forums to catch keys, or someone can steal yours for their banned 360.
And it looks like everything was done ok, so it should work. Maybe you are just trying with bad burns. Happens to the best of us.
If you want, you could try flashing it again and see if it makes a difference, but I would try and burn another game that is Wave 3 and see if it plays.

No problem, your key is linked(we think, no ones sure) to your serial number of your xbox. They could (possibly) ban you with that.
It was ok to leave the JF log up, just X out the key, :-). Hope another backup works for you. I'm off to work now, :-).
