I can't get my animal crossing to work...i have wasted like 4 discs!! First i tried the NTSC version of the game and wasted 2 discs than 2 more of the PAL version. Im using the gamma gator 0.3 and my system version is 4.0. The game acts like its running great when i press load backup on the backup loader, but than the first screen that comes after it is an error screen with some of the games characters on the screen. Im lost. Please help, and thank u

Try using cIOS36_rev9 for Animal Crossing. if your using rev10 then Animal Crossing can have issues.

What else are we supposed to do sprinkle fairy dust on it?
We can only go by what you have stated. If you have softmodded the system properly and installed cIOS36_rev9 then it should work.
If it is softmodded properly and the game still dosen't work then you probably either have a bad ISO rip or your media or burn is an issue.
It also might help if you told us what error it is instead of "error screen with some of the games characters on the screen"

Look, i dont know what the hells wrong with you but you can take the Sh** somewhere else because all i asked is for help and you try to bash someone. If your such a know it all than why the hell dont you help instead of trying to flame every victim you can. Thank You.

Quote: error screen with some of the games characters on the screen
Is not ACTUALLY telling anyone crap.
So if you want help then be clear at what the error message is.
Yes I was sarcastic because you evidently think we should know what your talking about even though you gave such a vague post of the actual error. I also attempted to help as good as I could with what you gave. So if that isn't good enough then shove your issue up your @$$.
You sure screwed yourself at getting help. With an attitude like that I wont help anymore and hopefully no one else will.

Attitude? Who wouldnt get an attitude when you just critizied them when they just asked for help and thats (once again) exactly what it is. Its an error screen that says "could not read disc" with an animal crossing puppet character on the screen. I thought you would be smart enough to know what an error screen is. And if i lost help its only urs and if thats how you are than i wouldnt want your help no way.
(EDIT) Oh and if thats your way of "helping the best you can" than just WOW.

There are diffrent error messages that you can get. You wanted help I tried to help. I did the best I could with what you gave but now I am done.
And to think Fairy Dust would cause such an issue. It worked for Tinker Bell I thought maybe it would work for you.

calm down, theres no need for the child like behavior.. unless you are indeed a child, lol. ANYHOW it sounds like a bad burn pobbily. If you indeed installed Rev 9 correctly and without errors, you should be playing that game without any problems. A good way to test would be trying to play punch out or Night at the Museum.
