Some noob at the gbatemp forums told me to delete the cios60bf wad file because I got a "system is corrupt" error. All I was supposed to do was reinstall preloader. Now I'm left with a blank screen when I turn the wii on. What do you guys recommend?

Sorry to hear that.

I think you are either going to have to send it to Nintendo or buy another Wii.

If you had Bootmii (the boot2 version) with a backup of your nand you could have used the recovery mode.
