HDD upgrade to WD1200bevs

Hi everyone!

I was attempting to flash my wd1200bevs with hddhackr but ran into some problems. To make matters worse, I lost my undo.bin file. I must have deleted by mistake.

I was wondering if there is anyone here who has done the HDD upgrade mod using a wd1200bevs 00ust0 that still has their undo.bin file from when they flashed?

I can't get mine back to stock form without this file and I can't flash it from it's current state because it says that the LBA size does not match. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

well i can't believe i still had this... thanks to locate32 for being able to find it among my harddrives....

no clue if it will work for ya but i made it from my wdbevs 120gb drive when i used hddhackr ... good luck

if all does not work, try to get the program "get databack ntfs (or fat)" depending on your file system being fat or ntfs. with that program i recovered a lot of data that was deleted. even on a harddrive of which the mbr was deleted.
