Two Red flashing lights?

We have a dead 360, a while back we sent it off to Micro to have the 3 Rings of death fixed and now find we have two rings of death. from what I have read it's related to over heating and most say let it cool down then restart. Well it must be beyond that point as it will not restart after having sat for days. I did tear it apart and replace the Arctic Silver (I think that is what it is called) stuff between the processor and the heat sink and that did nothing as well as vacuum it all out(really was not that dusty).
Not quite sure where to go now to bring this back alive, any ideas?

Artic silver is what needs to replace the paste that M$ uses which is a cheap knock off. The two red lights can be a few errors, you need to pull the code to see which one. Hold the sync button why pushing the eject to pull the code #

are the common errors. If you're is the memory overheat, time to reflow the board as an xclamp won't last on that error.

When powering up the unit this is what happens.
The green light lights and is solid then after about 5 or so seconds the 1st and 3rd (two left red lights) start blinking!
And I get no display what so ever!

Pushing the sync seems to do nothing different! I have tryed the sync on the consol and the tiny button on the remotes!

Any other ideas?
