Some body told me that theres a software that you install in the hard drive of the xbox and with that you don't need chip and you don't need to open you xbox console, can anybody tell wich one its that software, and how to use it.

There are lots of "software mods" for a XBOX. Just do a search and do some reading about it. There are alot of different ways to do this. Here is a link to lots of tutorials and different ways to do what you are talking about. http://www.xbox-scene.com/tutorials.php?t=0,0,1,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0
