Stupid question, probably but since this is an expansion (fall out 3 example) These don't need to be verified right?

yes they do, any disc that is going in your 360's drive should first be verified

That's pretty stupid of ms to release dlc on disc, i would of thought it would of been easier just to download via xbox live.
