My buddy is having some issues connecting his controller to his 360. Right now we have been trying absolutely everything! Both wired and wireless controllers will not make or hold a connection. We have tried all the ports for the wired controllers, and whenever we make a connection the controller blinks and the console doesn't even recognize the controller is connected. The same issue happens with wireless controllers. Any advice? No, I do not want to hear, hey why don't you hit the sync button!

Well, seeing though the wired controllers do not work, then it's not a sign you're not syncing them properly. Are the controller you are trying to connect genuine microsoft controller, where did you buy them from, and are they working on other 360's?
