There is a Dash update in Virtua Tennis 2009. I heard if I accept update when I'm still Pre-NXE (I'm on old Dash), it will fuck everything up.

Is this true?

i dont think it will mess anything up. but it will give you the new NXE dash. but if you want to play the game youre going to have to accept the update. unless its a burnt game, then you can just remove the wave 3 part of it and patch it with a wave 2 game.

Come talk with us on efnet at #elitemods !!! or just click ME

ALSO, DO NOT SEND ME MESSAGES ON LIVE REGARDING MODDING CONSOLES, OR HOW I PLAYED A CERTAIN GAME EARLY. I WILL NOT RESPOND. I WILL INSTEAD DELETE YOUR MESSAGE, AND BLOCK ALL COMMUNICATION FROM YOU. JUST SEND ME A PM ON HERE.

yea, it can be done, but deffinitly not suggested if you play on live as we all imagine it will throw a HUGE red flag. theres a couple of threads on page 2 or 3 telling how to do it wither some ppf-matic program or with mulleter. you know how to find em, lol. easiest thing to do would just update to nxe, that way you can store some games on your consoles HD. still have to have the game in the drive, but at least it saves the drives laser a lot.

Those games still require the NXE update, the update just isn't on the disk anymore (which will lead to Dirty Disk errors if you try to do the update using a patched disk).

Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive
PS3: Untouched 160 GB Slim, 60 GB Fat with latest Rogero and 160 GB internal harddrive.
PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.

my bad then. i thought by patching the games it took the update off of it.

looks like you're going to have to update then.

I don't see any reason why not to take the update, NXE dash is much better than the pre-NXE.

Ok got it figured out for those with no LIVE:

Go here: http://download.microsoft.com/download/D...Fall08_7363.zip
That's the Fall 08 Update aka NXE. DL it and unzip to USB

Plug in USB- update.

Insert WAve3 game, I used Virtua Tennis that's suppose to come out on June 3rd, Update again

Play.
