Hi i have the ck3 pro and i would like to flash a hitachi 0078fk
its the first time so i would like to know what is the easy way to
do it,i dont want to brick it. thanks.

You dont really need the ck3 to flash a 78 drive, just connect your console to your pc via sata cable, use jungle flasher or slax to put it into mode b, once in mode be just dump your firmware (somewhere safe) and then flash, there are lots of tuts on here!
