I was flashing my lite-on, and everything was successful, but just as I was about to send the outro, my xbox powered off
Now when I read the status it's showing 0x0... what do I do? I can't send the outro :(

I have - write is verified, but when I send the outro, it puts it out of vendor mode, but shows no text in the "Flash chip properties" box... and when plugged into the tv, I get no signal
