Need help with stealth checking

I'm new to burning 360 games and stealth checking them. I got a program, OSx360 (I'm on a Mac by the way) that looks pretty good, but when I try to drag the game folder I downloaded, it just bounces back. I had a different program before, that I needed to select the ISO file, but in the game folder there was none. So I'm assuming OSx360 needs an ISO file too. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update: I also used the same program to see if the burn would work; Same problem. It won't let me select the game folder (which contains s-bc.r00 to s-bc.r67, then s-bc.rar, s-bc.sfv and strange.nfo. Thanks!

As I said, I use a Mac, and that thread seems more Windows specific. Thanks though

you can get winrar for Mac OS X Here install it and try to extract the .r00 or .rar file
