I flashed my 360 with jungleflasher 1.6, my liteon doesn't read any dvds (movies/games) or cds no more,I flashed it many times afterwards with (1.5/1.51.)
i uploaded a clip at youtube ,I want to know if I have to buy a new drive or just a laser ? The laser doesn't light up at the beginning just like other drives.Here's the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=myRmGby3LS0&feature=channel_page .Any help is appreciated.
Sounds like a key issue. If you didn't have the right key it will be useless. When you flash it the other times, do you still get the inquire.bin and everything? or just use the ones you got when you first dumped?
If it was a key issue I would still be able to read movie dvds,I can retrieve the bins so I am almost the laser i just want to know if I will just damage the laser unit I am about to order or if i should just order a new drive.
Missed that part in the first post. Yeah...suppose the laser would be going out. I don't think it will damage the unit. You can do either, I know the lasers are pretty cheap, but a new drive is like $35. Its whatever is worth it to you.
