I know these aren't the most popular games but they will not verify obviously because they aren't in the database. Am I basically screwed?

No you're not screwed, but if you want to play the games safely, then you might have to wait until there is a verified copy in the database. Red Faction wasn't there either, but I still played it. I don't really care anymore if a ban comes this way...
