kryptview not picking up channels

hey just have a small problem with my channels. have the box for the last 3 weeks and it woz working grand had all the channels put software on and tuned the channels in ect. 2 days ago it just stopped working and ''no or bad signal'' came up none of them work now checked the signal comin in to the house and its fine did a factory rescan and scanned the channels but im not getting a choice to select a network id and i did the first time. just goes straight to tp and already exists comes up and i get no channels. im awful confused why it just stopped workin!! i also tried to put freq in manually got them off my old starview and still nothin!! any help would be gratefull thanks

do a factory default on the box then switch it off at the back then back on you are then on easy installation choose bottom option

next screen do not CHANGE ANYTHING HERE JUST PRESS THE GREEN BUTTON

the next screen you will get your choice to pick an area

make sure you have the cable connected to the correct area top on the box NO SPLITTERS ON THE CABLE ALSO WHEN SCANNING

and only got the scart lead then to the tv

let me know how you get on

hey thanks for the response i got it working in the end my cable from my tv point to the back of the box is dodgy. i have to buy a new one thats why i wasnt gettin the network id selection!! thanks very much for ur help.
