My Euromax has been working perfectly, up until i decided, "think ill see what this power scan does." Now i feel like a bit of a numpty.
I'm in the Glasgow area on Virgin (old N*L) set the scan to between 100 and 700, set the rate to 6.887, and happily made a cuppa and waited for it to finish.
All the channels scanned back, with a few new ones, and even my fav's are still there. But i get nothing but "service unknown." on every channel.
I read a bit on the forums which all seem to point to a low signal issue, but i don't drop below 80% on every channel.
Most of what ive read suggests a firmware update, but it worked fine before the powerscan. Also my neighbour borrowed my null modem cable and now he cant find it.
I would appreciate any help, the kids are already suffering from cartoon withdrawal, and if this carries on i may have to do some parenting. Oh no!
I'm sure one of you guys out there has encountered this before and will give me a quick easy answer :)
