hello.

i have a sagem dbox2 and a starview. neither of the boxes are receiving e4 or e4+1 and sony tv asia. on the starview there is a blank(black) screen and on the dbox there is a message displayed "channel not available". does anyone know why this is happening and/or how i could resolve it?

any help will be very much appreciated.

it dosent matter any more. i did a rescan and its working again.
