vista 32 mobo sata Ck3 - No Valid Device!

I have connected everything up correctly wih jungleflasher going but get the error of no valid device !

PortIO32 installed
CK3 LITE used with serial to USB adapter
Tried different Sata ports and cables

using vista 32bit
chip set is CH9 but can get more detail if needed.

Please any help fast would be great,
