I seem to have a problem with my account. Every single time I want to access my Windows Live ID, Contact Information, or Xbox Live controls, it gives me this error: Can't connect to Xbox Live. Please try again later. For more information, go to www.xbox.com/support. That is weird considering the fact that I am connected to Xbox Live. I would like to know how I can solve this problem. Please help.
What is the error number if there is one?? When you test your network connection does everything else pass except Xbox Live ?? IP Address, DNS, etc..etc
There is no error number. As I said, I'm already connected to Xbox Live. This problem only occurs with my first Xbox Live account. Everything passes when I test my network connection. It gives me this error even when I am connected. It just simply kicks me out and doesn't let me change anything in my Windows Live ID, Contact Information, or Xbox Live controls.
