BIOS sees my Liteon Drive Jungleflsher doesnt

I connect my liteon drive up to pc running vista 32 and the bios detects the drive but jungleflasher doesnt see it any help??

What adapter are you using? Do you have it connected serial or usb? Did you install the drivers from the website and set the com port?

serial to usb adapter and jungleflasher picks up the co port fine jus says no drive found.
