I downloaded Punch-Out and used Brickblocker to prevent the update, but it won't load (I get the black screen). Currently I'm running 3.3U, and the only reason I have HBC is for the Ocarina app. I installed it using the Twilight Hack about a year ago. I also have a d2sun chip installed.

From what I've read, it seems that Ocarina won't work with 3.4U and above. Is that accurate? Is there a way I can go to 4.0U to play Punch-Out and still have Ocarina run? Thanks all!

Will the cheats work with the 4.0U firmware? As I said, I already have HBC running...will it continue to work?

OK, next stupid question...I've installed Gecko OS 1.8.0.2. I'm in the process of burning another copy of Punch-Out, so I'll let you know how that goes. BUT...I fired up Mario Kart Wii through Gecko and couldn't figure out how to get the cheats to work. The game works fine, asides from that. Ocarina is supposed to be built in to Gecko now, right? Am I missing something obvious?
