cios rip to HDD

I ripped an image of my Wii game to a usb stick as my HDD was down, How do I transfer that file to my HDD.
I have the manager program on my comp that formatted my HDD initially, can I copy in to there onto my pc, then to my USB HDD??

Yes, you can do that.
This is something I certainly would have tried before asking though.

Edit: And a Wii game image is an iso, not a cios.

Did you use the WBFS format and a USB Loader folder to copy the game to the usb stick or did you use DVD Dumper?

If you used the USB Loader then all you need to do his connect your USB Stick to PC then start WBFS manager and choose to extract the game. After it extracts the game connect your HDD and add it to the drive. If your using a newer version of WBFS Manager (like 3.0.1) you can do a drive to drive copy and won't have to transfer from USB Stick to PC then back to the HDD.

If you used DVD Dumper then their is a program you need to put the pieces back together making the ISO.
