Xbox Backup Creator 2.9 can't click unlock drive

Ok in xbox backup creator i can see my drive but i can't click unlock drive or anything to start copying a game. Does anyone know how to fix so i can unlock the drive? Is it something with via driver? Help would be greatly appreciated

Yeah, use the via 5.30a or the 5.20c driver. It's linked in the first page a couple times.. Just search this main page and you'll find it.

Nope didn't work. I installed them than ran xbox backup creator and never found the game. I am so frusturated i have no clue what to do now? Any other ideas?
