This just started last night it gets really bad. I have a flashed 360 (1.51) playing originals and backups gives me this as seen in the pics tried different outputs and get the same result.
any suggestions?? But this does not happen during the cinematic sequences of the games

Issue is related with the GPU. Over time the GPU solder is cracking or has faults in it. Like PS2Menace said, you will get RRoD soon.

You can do a couple of things.

Send it to MS.
Do the X-Clamp fix.
Have some reflow the GPU.
