The last two RROD boxes I have gotten have had the 0102 error. I have tried two washers on bottom, one on top. One washer on bottom and two on top, etc. Nothing seems to work. I have read this one is tough. Time to reflow?
Uhmm, time to screw down the screws right or it will screw with your head and your xbox.
Make sure the tightness of screws are even. Not too tight or else it will warp, but not too loose, you need to get rid of heat. A TINY TINY bit of arctic, or else it's an insulator. Have all this, you need to screw the screws all at once, half turn by half turn.
I had that error on my box and I tried the x-clamp fix and ended up with a ram error. I was too rough with the motherboard though. God I hate the rrod. I have a new Jasper 360 now and every time I turn it on, I'm afraid I'll get the red rings. I got one ring the other day on my new xbox and nearly shit myself thinking that it was e74 or something but it was e68 so I just had to take off my hard drive and put it back on.

Naw... unfortunately (well, fortunately I guess in terms of being "green") lead-free solder in electronics is here to stay. And, in all reality, it's not the solder to blame. Just poor console design (in terms of heat dissipation).
