maybe explain what you were trying to do here??
At the end it just seemed it couldn't find or couldn't query the drive, are you sure it was in vendor mode at the time and you didnt lose power to the drive?

The drive show no response at all , i guess it's bricked, at least i have the key and the original firmware .

You have a couple options. Send the drive's PCB board to someone to desolder the TSOP chip and can reprogram it with a external programmer. Or, you can buy a BenQ drive, and spoof and flash your key to it.
Personally I would go with the BenQ option as they support Bad Flash recovery so you can never brick the drive. Also you will probably spend less money buying the BenQ than having someone reprogram the TSOP chip.

it is an easy way to unbrick it if you got the orig. firmware .
Don't buy no stupid new drive because it's not necessary,

This is what we are about you don't have to buy new drives if you can do everything your self with a little bit of help. He has a Hitachi , not a Lite On.
