press menu,on the screen that appears go down to factory setting press ok,it will say enter password,and is it ok to delete,press ok.you will then see language ,choose english,then installation,choose cable network(for ireland chorus or ntl,for the uk tw etc)when you have your cable network press the down arrow and go to auto scan(the box will now scan for all channels)when this is complete press exit,press exit again,on installation type in on your remote 1570(do not press ok on installation just type in 1570)use the down arrow go to the bottom of the screen for emu(if emu is off use the right arrow and change it to on)then press exit and press exit again and your back on your tv screen.good luck.
