I have a 3.1u Wii with a modchip/drivechip installed, and I would like to install the Homebrew Channel. What is the easiest way to do this?

Can I download the HBC ISO and install from disk? Do I need to upgrade to 3.2u, or can I stay at 3.1?

yes, you can install HBC using the iso file...
