Hey. I have a Wii with drivekey and v.4,0e
I have installed homebrew, backup loader, wad manager & some ware games

I have tried to backup my NAND by using BootMii, but it can only be installed as Ios And Not Boot2.. Is there any other way to backup my NAND??? So if anything goes wrong i can un-brick again.

You should still be able to back it up using it as an IOS. It's just that you won't be able to access Bootmii if you can't reach the homebrew channel or the system menu.

So if a brick stops you from reaching either of those then it would be hard for you to use your backed up nand.

You might want to look into Preloader.
Although preloader patches the system menu (ios60) while bootmii is before it.
If you install a patched IOS60 or just update it through an update that comes eventually then it will overwrite IOS60 and Preloader won't be there anymore.

There just isn't really anything you can do right now about not being able to install bootmii as boot2.
Whether you'll ever be able to do something about it is unknown as well.
