Yes Ireland is working on N2/N3 at the present time for how long the N2 will last i dont have a clue and i cant tell you if the the box will work or not only the programmers know the answer to that question and when we buy any box its a risk we all take at the end of the day i have send you extra info and advice please check

fergie....the new firmware is just fine..works a treat.... a mate of mine in the uk has a problem with certain channels..i.e b4u music,b4u movies,zee tv znd zee cinema...he's downloaded the new 1.10 n2 fix and he states that he still has to rescan manually those channels since every day they revert to a blank screen...the freq remain the same but its a hassle for him to rescan the frqs everry day...the channels dont update like the rest...whats your prognosis mate?

There is a prob in the Uk at the present time i dont have a clue what they are doing but they are moving the freq about now nearly every day so that is why they are blank it may calm down hopefully

The reason I dont post here anymore is because the place is gone to the dogs with pm sent/ kryptview this, kryptview that etc.
No one brought me any where, I joined the other forum meself.
New members looking for help with other makes of boxes dont know where to look as all they see is pm sent.
There was a time when I used to love posting & trying to help out in the DVB forum. To be honest, I couldnt be ar*ed anymore.

You've summed it up mate.
Dare ask about any other box and you will get, Buy a kryptview ffs, PM sent.
Nobody learns anything around here, which is why they come back asking for codes 2 weeks later.
As i say i only come here to here reports of whats going on around ireland, as 90% of people in ireland come here as its the bloke in the pubs forum of choice.

I thought thats what the search function on a site was for, to find posts that cover what yer looking for.......if people did that I am sure it would cut out the PM carry on, rathur than read a post, some people just hijack someone elses thread with their own agenda.

Can any one help..not great with all this,
but when i drag the file to the usb it says file size 915 bytes
then when i go to highlight it on the box the file says its o kb
any ideas on what i might be doing wrong??

did you unrar or unzip the file after ya downloaded it? if you did, format the drive in the SV and then drop the new file on and retry

i have just downloaded that file here and it comes down no problem
download it again on to your pc delete the other one and when you have it on your desktop right click it and copy and then paste it on to the usb stick

the file is not rared so there is no need to unzip anything

i un zipped it there i tink,like i said im brutal at this
type of thing.
but even then its still coming up o kb when i put the usb into
the box??when i press format the higlighted bit dissapears.

i was dragging a shortcut across
copy and paste was the key thing i wasnt doing .
all working fine except at the races,anything i can do
to try sort that??

Do a manual scan on Freq 410750 that should do the trick.
