Hi guys. I am trying to take in what you guys are saying. You are all very knowledgeable and technical. I have the BOX super USB. I installed V1.12. Working well but lost a lot of P&y channels a few weeks ago. I am with nThell. I cannot get Di$ney, Ski movies sports etc. I have heard of a lot of rumors reference nagravision. Is this the encryption software? Has version 3 been introduced? Can I counteract this encryption? I continue to receive what I would call non premium channels. Is there something I can do. I am grateful for any assistance. If I have posted something in the wrong place, please excuse me. I am doing it due to lack of understanding not on purpose.

boxes started with nagra 1 then they moved to nagra 2 and firmware was made to make boxes work,now they have moved around 25 channels to nagra 3 and nothing has been made to update boxes so no fix=no channels.
who knows if and when a fix might appear.

Iv lost the remote control for my starview 4 usb box.Does anyone know the code I can enter into a Universal 4 in 1 remote control to make it work?

Just wondering if anyone has the same problem or has a solution. Changed to the new firmware v1.12 and have lost some channels eg BBCnews, adult, and have sound no picture for BBC3 & 4. I'm in the Limerick area on Ch*r*s. cheers

after any firmware is added a factory reset and auto scan,no splitters or extensions,and keycode to on.

Hi guys back again sorry !! have just lost all sky sp''ts and a'''t channels done a rescan using V1.10 but now see there is a new version v1.12 is this what I now need ? also when I autoscan it asks for area code TW, NT etc as I'm in sunny (HaHa) Devon which do I select don't mean to appear dumb cos I am

you need to use v1.12 dood and the code you need to select is refering to your provider ie;vi**in me*ia/(N*L) or te****st

please help just got new s/view 4 loaded bin file 1.2 and still got encripted chanels wot am i doing wrong new to this an im on vergin got this box cuz was told it is idot proof

press menu, type 1570 and go to the Keycode and turn to ON, press exit and exit agian out to a TV chan and let it update and thats it

you need to hit the menu button press 1570 then that should bring up a new menu turn keycode to on and then exit back to channels.

You need to update with software V1.7 first, and then do the above.
V1.2 is the 'FTA only' software.

hi. ive got a starview super downstairs and kryptview upstairs. on the kryptview espicially, a lot of the stations are dying off as in jumping all over the screen thats the best way i can describe it. the usual movies etc are gone. im thinking this is probably due to the nagra change, can you confirm if everyones channels are going all weird? i was going to try and just reset it, but dont want to lose it altogether, as i have more channels than i would have without it at the end of the day.

Hi Guys. Does anybody know where I could pick up a good value The BOX USB"? I have analog cable and would use it just to improve the reception in the Kids room. Don't Mind a second hand one. It is not worth Stg 80.00 to me
