i think its about time i get a new wii game. i have been playing mario kartwii for awhile at friends' house, and i thought that i might get one. but the thing is, i dont to get a game that i have played a lot and know the mechanics of.
then i decided to get superpaper mario, because it reminded me of the N64 paper mario, which i really enjoyed. turns out, its completely different. ive watched videos of it and it also seems like the game is too easy. everytime theres a wall or a problem ahead in 2D mode, you can switch to 3D mode and simply run around it.
i also read that theres a new super mario bros. for the wii coming out soon. and it seems fun, especially with the co-op feature. im just not sure what the gripes are going to be since its not out.
i know there are plenty of good non-mario wii games, but i chose to get one of the 3 wii games. and i just need help deciding on the 3.
This is a dificult question to answer. Without knowing anything about your game likes this really cant be solved. I can sugest you go to Nintendos web site and browse all the games there. See what one stands out for you.
i actually have mario galaxy and it is a fun game. i know its difficult to simply chose a game for me to get, even if i try to explain my gaming preferences. i just want to hear some of your opinions of the games.
i also do have Super Mario Bros. on my NES, somewhere.
My top 5.
5. Madworld, Comic style black and white hack n slash..
4. Mario Galaxy, its just hard enough for you to want to beat it.
3. Zelda TP, Always something to do in this one I love fishing.
2 Punchout!! They changed nothing about this game thats why I love it.
1 Paper Mario, It really is that good hours and hours of fun.
New SMB wii and Galaxy 2 (the videos are cool huh?) won't be out for a long while yet. If you wanna get into rpgs (if you ain't already) - Tales of Symphonia Dawn of the New World would be a good place to start as the battles are real time action with minimal menus ala traditional final fantasy etc. That, and it's one of the only noteworthy rpgs available on wii). It's a sequel so you'd probably get more enjoyment out of it if you've finished the original on GC though. Actually these days I'm enjoying Tales more than FF...
