I installed it with Bannerbomb and the HackMii installer because I have the system menu 4.0. I put the folder of an application called the Homebrew Browser in the /apps folder in the root of my SD card. The .dol file is named correctly.(boot.dol) The card is formatted correctly,(FAT and not FAT32) and there is nothing in any of the GameCube ports. When I put the SD card into my Wii and run the Homebrew Channel, it says: SD card loading... for about 2 seconds and then nothing happens. The only thing I see is those stupid bubbles. I don't even get a list of homebrew applications at all. I don't understand what is going wrong here. I thought I did everything right. Didn't I?

If you can't get anything to work you might want to try deleting the Homebrew Channel and installing it again.

You did use the latest installer from http://bootmii.org/download/ right?

And this is HBC 1.0.3? right 1.0.2 was weird and did weird stuff...

But yeah what you did sounds right. Apps folder in root of SD card.
Homebrew_Browser inside Apps folder. Boot.dol inside Homebrew_Browser.

Yeah, I used the latest installer from that website. I just uninstalled then reinstalled the HBC and it is version 1.0.3. Still doesn't work.

You should also try a different SD card.

Try other apps besides the Homebrew Browser as well.

stupid bubbles means no Apps in the Apps folder or SD cannot be read by Wii..should be /apps/homebrew browser/ inside the hombrew browser folder should be the boot.dol

That is exactly how I set up the files on the SD card. Everything is there. F:\apps\homebrew_browser\boot.dol
I don't understand how the card could not be read if I installed the Homebrew Channel with it.
