Visual boy advance on wii save game question

So I took my visual boy advance save from the flash drive that I have in my wii and put the save on my computer. I start up visual boy advance and try to load the save with the rom and it won't load it or even recognize it. I did notice that the saves the visual boy advance on the computer makes are 128kb. And the one on the wii is 64kb. Can someoe tell me how to get it working on the computer?
