xbox live really slow

recently sendin messages on my xbox live has been really slow and connecting to parties has become almost impossible and wen i do i can barely hear people wit so much lag. playing games online is fine but everything else in xbox live is slow. ive had xbox live for 6 months wit no prob and this all started suddenly. i havent changed my internet box or any connection settings plz help

did you check what you up and download speed is.

yeah well my internet providers are a bunch of indians who cant speak english, ur always on the fone 4 like 2 hours for them and its not free

Name calling on my part doesn't make me any better than TC.
TCs posts speak for themselves.
Just remember that any foreign customer support rep speaks English better than you (apparently) could EVER hope to speak their language.

I was just trying to watch a movie trailer on Xbox Live and after every 10 - 15 seconds of video it would pause and start downloading more of the content; it was very frustrating to watch. I checked one of my computers and noticed I had BitTorrent running (downloading stuff) so I turned it off and the Xbox streaming was fine. Do you have anything on your computer network downloading stuff too? If so, try turning it off and see if you Xbox Live performance improves.

well would something like li**wire or fr***wire cause this kind of problem?
by the way i have no problem with indian people but its hard enough to understand people on the phone sometimes never mind people who don't speak English as their first language, sorry my English hasn't been good so far its not like im writing a book
