hi fergusrb just went on to were u say click here for file can u tell me what i have to dounload from there as im not to good with all this stuf and can i download it to laptop as dont have m stick thanks agen if u can help as i know i must be a pain but keep up the good work thanks agen

Hey guys, hopefully someone will be able to shed some light on my situation. After applying the update, I got all my channels back with the exception of a few. After re-reading the installation instructions, I realised that I didn't restore the box to its factory settings. So I did that, re-applied the update and voila, some of the channels came back... but not all. So at the moment, I've got a small handful of channels not coming through (the majority of them are music channels but also included is BBC World News) but their TV schedules are showing up, just no picture/sound.
Does anyone have any clue why this is? Or more importantly, how I can rectify this? I'm with NTHell in Dublin.

@nagsta Try doing another factory reset now and then do a rescan.

exactly as i had said it wont the bootloaders are different so it wound not work

Aw man, can anything be done about that 8882?? Gutted here. Have some channels working but sports and movies arent. Does that mean my box is done??? Im a twat!!!

Ive the same prob, missing Mtv Dance and PPV Channel. Havent a clue how to fix it. But not gonna complain cause everything else works perfect even though my box flashed 8882 on display!!!!!

the Uk are having major problem with missing channels and freq been moved almost on a daily basis so this could be your problems also a thing to note after you update your box its better to do a new scan on your provider WITH NO SPLITTERS ON YOUR INCOMING CABLE

On SV, whn you go to turn on umu, het the "Set Default key" then go to somethng like r tee 2 and wait for the update to finsh... I'f u'r in UK...no idea ;)
