You have to partition.

I used Easeus Partition Master http://download.cnet.com/Easeus-Partitio...4-10863346.html

Yes two separate partitions one for Wii games and one for everything else.

I have a 320GB Western Digital Passport Essentials drive.
I made my WBFS partition 200 GB and the rest FAT.

Always completely backup before doing anything with partitions.

It may not if the new one is small enough and far enough away from the data. But don't take that risk at all.

Same with resizing the partitions.
Although you won't be able to resize the WBFS partition so make sure that you know whatever size that you want to make it.

I could not move or resize the WBFS partition without it crashing. This is what I ended up doing for my 500GB. MPlayerCE needs to have a primary FAT32 partition at the 1st of the HDD. I made a logical 150GB FAT32 partition at the 1st of the HDD and a primary 350GB NTFS 2nd. I made it NTFS because as FAT32 is would only let me make a maximum partition size of 197gb? Not sure why. The 2nd partition will be the WBFS. Also it can be the only Primary partition for WBFS manager to format. Not sure why? Once the 2nd partition is formatted as WBFS I closed WBFS manager and opened PartitionMagic?. Because the 1st partition is logical it created a small unallocated primary space at the 1st. I changed the FAT32 1st partition as primary also. Make the changes. Then add the unallocated space into the FAT32. There...now there are 2 primary drives -. The 1st is for movies which needs to be at the beginning for MPlayerCE to recognize and the 2nd for USB loader to recognize the ISO games. Test by putting only 1 movie on the 1st and one game on the second. Best before spending too much time and it not working. Both work great! I can't see any lag or bugs by movies or games! I can't wait for the Mplayer to look like USB loader to see DVD covers instead of just a list of movie titles only.
