Okay so I replaced my sammy with a benq drive and I flashed the benq with benq Ixtreme 1.6. What else do i have to do, is there something i have to do with the key.

yea, you needed to take the key from your original drive (sammy) and flash it to the new benq drive.

Load your original Samsung firmware into source.
Load ix1.6 for BenQ in target.
Click spoof source to target.
Write.
