I followed the "New improved soft modding guide" and so far the only issue that I am running into is I am not able to get the back up launcher to work (I may have skipped a step) I am not sure.
Right now I am using the USB loader which is working fine.
I do still want to get the back up launcher to work so is there a way that I can per say "start fresh" and uninstall all the app I've installed in my Wii so I can re-hack it again and hopefully this time get the back up launcher to work.
Thanks in advance to all those who are kind enough to reply :)

PS. I get error 324 when I use the back up launcher and I have used both DVD+ and -R.

If USB Loader is working then WiiGator should work fine. They both use the same cIOS to work.

More then likely this is a burn or media issue.

Some Wii systems can be real picky. Some have had to go through 4 to 5 brands of media before they found a brand that worked.

Most recommend Verbatim or Tayio Yuden DVD-R.

Burn with IMGBurn at 4x or half the rated speed of the media.

You also might need to try burning them on a different burner to rule that out as an issue.
