Hello.
I bought a wii on the USA 2 years ago. My wii have a chip and run "backup" games. I made some research and discovered the Hb chanel. I would love to install HB and all it's stuff to my wii, but i need help.

My wii is V 4.0u
if i use the bannerbomb method, what are the chances to brick my wii?
Ad what happens if my Internet connection fall down during the installation?

I would say there is no chance at all of a brick if your S# is not LU64 OR LU65 and you follow the infamous larrylje's guide witch is HERE.Good luck!

correct the mop chip does NOT effect of the installation of Homebrew ...at least in a negative way.

I think since you have a mop chip you might be able to Install Homebrew from a CD/DVD. I would still recommend using the more common way of the banner hack.
