hi all

i have 'the box' starview 3 and all has been working fine for ages!!! i woke up this morning to find that i had bad channels or scrambled channels on screen. I checked my nagrqavision codes to find that everything had a F in it! In provider ID it has 4 f's and in key number there are 2 F's and then the code is just one long string of F's

what could of caused this - i havenet done anything to the box since it was working last night!!!!

To get rid of the fs press menu + 1570 and set default key.If you have up to date firmware you should get back the channels you already had.
