my fat PSP on fw '3.52 M33-4' shows a black screen and hangs whenever i attempt to boot some recently-downloaded games... eg godofwar, pes 09. I tried changing kernel to 1.50, disabling all recovery menu options, enabling and disabling no-umd. All fail.
Never happened before, and I suspect my fw is outdated, right? if so, any way of updating it (good links \instructions?)
No, M33 Driver is better, but I guess its just personal opinion.
OK here how to Update. Go to Recovery Menu, and set GAME folder kernal to 3.52. Then download this, and this Extract them to the same place and they will combine to make one 'ONE_STOP_UPDATE' folder. Drag PSP and 150.pbp to the ROOT of your memory stick. (if asked click 'yes to all') Thengo to game -> memory stick and select 'MUX update 2.0' choose update 9 '5.00 m33-4' Complete the update. Then go to Settings -> Network update. It will update you to the latest version 5.00 m33-6.
Hey! I need the ONE STOP update again! pls host it up again ASAP man
