I have a Wii here, that's never been modded, A PAL Wii on Firmware 4.0E.

I've checked the ultimate sticky but mentioned ver 3.x Firmware. It also says I need a real version of Zelda?

I just want to know the simplest and easiest way of soft-modding this Wii? I've tried searching for threads but I'm not sure if it's what I'm looking for. Just need some links to particular threads.

I've read that I need to first, downgrade the WIi?
