I am using 3.3U. Installed HBC, and using Wad Manager installed BackupLauncher Gammar 0.3, IOS36, I believe it is the one with 002 fix.
But when I launch game, it says "DVD Read err(324)". Does this mean I need try other DVD?

Yeah i believe so man. I get the same error with different disc. Mix up your media to see which works best!

Have you installed a cIOS? Like cIOS36 or cIOS38 version?
