You can use
Anytitledeleter: http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Any_title_deleter
Be careful not to delete anything that you shouldn't delete

You can use title lister: http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Title_Lister

If you are on 4.0 then you likely have the latest version of most of the IOSes.
