I am using the usb xtractor with spear to extract my key from my lite on but when ever i get the confirmation to click again i click again and it says cannot open com port, please help?

Now when I click on get key and files it will get them and be loading but then a pop up will show and says the application has stopped so i never get to save them

Are you using a via chipset? if so, have you uninstalled the via drivers?

Are you using JungleFlasher or XtractorReader? In fact whichever you are using, try the other!

JF v0.1.62 beta includes support for the 1 button press to extract the keys.

JF 1.60 does as well. I didn't think it did until I was using it and accidentally hit the button and it started reading. very useful thing that button is.
