I have attained a scrubbed ISO (not originated on my computer). Can I run this scrubbed ISO back through Wii scrubber and fill the disc to proper size and burn so it can play on the Backup Channel 0.3 Gamma? Or should I burn the ISO as is and play via Gecko OS?

I'm new to Scrubber so just needed some insight? Thanks.

You dont need to unscrub it. Just unrar the file and it will return to the proper size, then burn and play as normal.

Scrubbing doesn't actually remove the padding data, it replaces it with different padding that compresses well.
