I have USB Loader GX that does not load disc games onto HDD. I also have SDUSB Loader 1.5 that stopped loading disc copies. It used to work but now it wont recognize the HDD. The drive is 1TB WD My Book, and the SDUSB Loader used to load games from the drive in the wii, but now it is just over half full and wont recognize the drive. USB Loader GX does not give me the option to load the games from disc directly to HDD. Is there a loader that will let me go from disc to HDD? Also, how do I get images onto USB Loader GX menu. I would put them on my SD Card, i just don't know where to get them. From PC I use WBFS Manager 3.0, and pix show up there but not sure how to transfer to SD Card. Help a newbie please, Thank you much

If you upgraded to a newer cIOS38_rev12 or above try the other USB slot on the back of the Wii.

Only 1 will boot the USB Loader the other is for Wii USB Hardware.

You can download the covers for USB Loader GX by clicking on the Box Art cover (make sure your viewing the Box Art with the list to the right). I don't think you can click on the boxart to download covers when in carousal mode.

i can't seem to upgrade to cIOS38_rev 12 and it seems that none of the Waninkoko programs are working right...may be a bigger problem than I originally thought. Also Box Art not working. not sure what i am doing wrong.

You will need to upgrade your cIOS and for Usb Loader GX you must unlock it first in order to download box art and install games. It would help a lot if you have wireless enable to upgrade GX and download covers.

There are 2 options to update the cIOS38_REV12.

WAD Install which you need IOS38-64-v3610.wad at the root of the SD Card. If you don't have IOS38-64-v3610.wad you will get an error.

If you don't have IOS38-64-v3610.wad then change the WAD Install to Network install and the files will be download from WiFi.

You can unlock USB Loader GX by going into settings and the bottom right hand side should say UNLOCK. Select it and then type in aba121b *default password) to unlock the loader. After you unlock the loader you can set the password to whatever you want or leave it blank to "NOT SET" the password.

The update for USB Loader will show up after you unlock the loader. It will be in settings at the bottom next to the STAR the icon looks like a Wii with an arrow pointing down.
