i think i might have an idea if this is not whats wrong we'll start from factory settings, but first try this press the ok button then press the yellow button [cas] in that press nagravison,ok when nagravision comes up under alphabet, then press red button and press ok for total list. and tell me how that goes, cos i done that before and waz missing some chanells.

if they arent scanning in he prob does not have the transponders for them remember we had a new update around christmass ask him did he put the new sortware on its 19032009 he prob has the 1 on be4 x.mass cos he has his box since then or talk him hrough a proper factory default setting on how to get an update on the transponders i have to go out for bout 30 min ill check back in on yous when im back

You are missing one transponder, you should have 9 all together, so there is one missing somewhere.
Try this one. 378.00 and after adding that one, if you get nothing, try adding another 16mhz to it. Or take 250.00 and take 16mhz from that one, that will give you 234.00.

Correct the one missing TP is as indicated, here is the list for Galway MMDS.
250.000
266.000
282.000
298.000
314.000
330.000
346.000
363.000
378.000
For the Kryptview on N** MMDS you should do the intial scan on the home frequency which is the first one in the list. However adding the missing TP 378.00 will get your channels.

i ment just on this problem we were having for ciaranmc.
and we know you have been here for a few years and appriciate all your help ;) as youm know we lost fergus so who who is going to fill his pm here, pm there, big boots \nobody i hope as i always thought this site waz for sharing\ and no i dont have a problem with fergus as he helped me with a few things, before anybody asks, i hope he gets back on the site.

tried 37800 and just comes up failed,did fact reset and put in all channels now i dont even get them on my list (s*y sp news etc

strange that every freq i try put in for them comes up failed,i had those channels for 8 weeks,then suddenly they were gone...any ideas
